These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Stephen Kyuper ("we", "us", "the Developer") for the TubeWorth iOS app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
1. What TubeWorth is
TubeWorth lets YouTube creators view statistics about their own channels, receive optional notifications, and see an informational estimate of their channel's value. It connects to your YouTube account through Google's official sign-in and APIs and shows you data you already have access to.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding agreement. You need a Google account and a YouTube channel to use the App. You are responsible for activity under your Google account and for keeping your device secure. You may only connect channels you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Google and YouTube
The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. TubeWorth is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
4. TubeWorth Pro (subscriptions)
- Some features are free; others require TubeWorth Pro, an auto-renewing subscription offered on a weekly or yearly basis. Prices are shown in the App before you subscribe and may vary by region and over time.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price shown in the App.
- Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (https://reportaproblem.apple.com); we cannot issue them.
- We may change features included in Pro or prices; price changes follow Apple's rules and take effect at your next renewal after notice.
- Restore a previous purchase in the App's paywall or Settings.
5. Channel value estimates and projections
The channel value, revenue, sponsorship-rate and growth-projection figures in the App are estimates for general information only. They are calculated on your device from statistics such as subscribers, views, engagement and audience location, using industry-based assumptions we chose. They are not based on your actual earnings or monetization data (the App never accesses those), are not an appraisal, valuation, offer or guarantee, and are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Actual value, revenue and growth can differ materially. Do not rely on them to buy, sell, price or finance a channel or make other financial decisions.
6. Statistics accuracy
Data comes from YouTube's APIs and may be delayed, rounded (for example, subscriber counts are rounded by YouTube), incomplete or unavailable. We do not guarantee its accuracy or availability.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the App unlawfully or in violation of the YouTube Terms of Service; (b) attempt to access data that isn't yours; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App except as law allows; (d) interfere with or overload the App or YouTube's services; (e) use the App to harass others or infringe rights; (f) resell or redistribute the App or its content.
8. Your data
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy (https://tubeworth.adssdk.com). In short: your YouTube data is stored on your device, not on our servers, and you can disconnect and delete it at any time in Settings.
9. Notifications
If you enable them, the App sends local notifications (for example milestones and weekly recaps). You can turn them off in the App or in iOS Settings.
10. Feedback
If you send us feedback or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without obligation to you. Emails you send us are used only to respond and improve the App.
11. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, text and branding are owned by the Developer and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules. Your channel's content and data remain yours or YouTube's; we claim no rights in them.
12. Third-party services
The App relies on Google/YouTube, Apple, RevenueCat (subscription verification) and Google Firebase (anonymous diagnostics). We are not responsible for their services, which have their own terms.
13. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the App, including because of changes to YouTube's APIs, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be shown in the App or on this page; continued use after a change means you accept it.
14. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by disconnecting your account and deleting the App. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or reliance on its estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or US$50 if you paid nothing). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. Apple terms
These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price of the App (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer-protection claims, nor for intellectual-property claims — the Developer is solely responsible. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, except where your local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
